John was an amazing, kind & very knowledgeable provider when I called early on a Sunday morning with an earache that was not getting better. He evaluated me & within 3 hours I had my prescription. Having a one on one appt is such a pleasure with no waiting in a waiting room. John is very accessible & checked in 2 days later to make sure everything was going well.
